  • 4 organic hops flowers
  • 1/4 tsp. organic unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/8 tsp. organic hibiscus flower powder
  • Organic coconut flakes
  • 8-9 oz. of milk or milk alternative
  • 16 organic rose buds
  • 1/4 tsp. organic kava kava root powder
  • 1/4 tsp. organic vanilla powder or 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

  1. Pour preferred milk into a saucepan, set burner to medium-low, and warm until hot (but not boiling).
